The artist of "peace and hope"

"A vivid imagination is a wonderful tool and avenue into creative thinking and living.

  I cherish my early childhood experiences on a windswept prairie farm in Oklahoma.  My imagination, my dog (Don) and constant companion - a simplistic world filled with the beauty and wonder of wild flowers, domestic and wild creatures, and plenty of space to roam and explore - filled my life void of factory-made toys.

My mind, as a child, was constantly challenged and inspired into unlimited creativity which has benefited me still today, as an adult.  I choose to see the world as did the child of yesterday.  Reality in its' purest, prettiest, and most simple form.

I thank God, who has trusted me with the talent. For a husband who is my greatest fan and inspiration.  For an instructor who provided the knowledge and techniques of oil painting necessary for transferring, from my mind onto canvas, realistic images of life and natures beauty."
